Resize, Restring or Repair Your Bracelet

Your jewelry is guaranteed for the first 30 days. With proper care, our jewelry is designed to last for years. We use a very strong beading wire that is a miniature cable of 49 stainless steel wires twisted together and coated in nylon. It is designed to last, but will break if enough force or tension is applied. Thus, any repairs necessary after 30 days have elapsed would be treated as normal wear and tear and subject to a restring/repair charge. We will gladly repair your bracelet (and replace any lost beads) even if we did not make it originally, for the designated restring fee plus any cost for replaced beads.

Labor Cost for Resize, Restring or Repair:

Single Strand: $10
Double Strand: $20
Triple Strand: $40
Quadruple Strand: $50
+ any cost of any additional beads needed.

If there is any additional charge for missing beads, we will notify you and charge you the difference. We will not know the exact amount until the bracelet is restrung, as different bracelet sizes will have slight variations in the type or number of beads used.

If it has been less than 30 days since the shipping date on your order, we will restring or repair your bracelet for free. We do charge for resizing, so please choose your size carefully when placing your order. If you need a repair or restring within 30 days of your order ship date, please contact us immediately.
