Our #1 goal at Bangles of Hope is to have happy customers who tell their friends about us. We pride ourselves on prompt communication and strive to make every customer's experience a pleasant one.
We guarantee that all bracelet orders will be within 1/8 inch of your ordered size. If your bracelet does not fit due to our error, we will resize it for free. However, if you ordered the wrong size, there will be a resizing fee, plus shipping charges. Please be sure to follow the sizing guidelines below to ensure accurate measurements.
We
guarantee all of our jewelry for 30 days. We guarantee that you will be
completely delighted with your jewelry or you may receive a full refund
(less shipping). Simply contact us to request a return.

When You Order
Your jewelry order will arrive in a cotton lined box, unless you upgrade to a presentation gift box. We recommend cleaning with a jewelry polishing cloth monthly to keep your jewelry bright and sparkling. With proper care, you can enjoy your new Bangles of Hope jewelry for years to come.
The majority of our jewelry is custom created by hand for you at the time of your order. Due to the time involved in creating your custom jewelry, please allow approximately 5-10 business days for processing and shipping your order.
Bracelet Sizing
Measure Your Wrist
To determine the bracelet size you need, measure the wrist with a soft, flexible measuring tape, and round up to the nearest half inch. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length, then measure with a ruler.
For example, if your wrist measures 6 1/4 inches, choose 6.5 inches for wrist size option. If your wrist measures 6 inches, there is no need to round up, the size would just be 6 inches.
If you are ordering a gift and are unsure of the size, or if you want a bit of flexibility in the size of your bracelet, select either the Lobster Clasp with 1" extender or the Double Toggle, both of which allow for some flexibility in the fit of the bracelet.

If you are purchasing for a gift, the following are "general" women's wrist sizes. Please note that wrist size is generally based only on a person's frame and not body type. There is little variance in the sizes from smallest to largest.

Genuine Swarovski Crystals
Swarovski has been a leading manufacturer of cut crystal since 1895. Today, the superior-quality cutting and polishing of all Swarovski products makes Swarovski crystals the most brilliant and remarkable in the world. All the crystals used in our designs are genuine Swarovski crystals, made in Austria.
Genuine Swarovski Pearls
The creator of the world's finest crystal has now created the world's finest faux pearls! The glowing, natural-looking pearl coating is resistant to scratches, sun fading, perfumes, and perspiration -- it will not peel like the coating on glass pearls! Unlike other glass-based faux pearls, these have genuine Austrian Swarovski Crystal as the center core.
Silver Jewelry Findings
Only .925 Sterling Silver are used in our designs. This includes balls, beadcaps, daisy spacers, and any larger ornate silver beads and Bali beads.
Gold Jewelry Findings
Only Gold-filled findings are used in our designs. Gold-filled refers to the process by which a layer of 10 karat or better gold is mechanically bonded with heat and pressure to the surface of the supporting base metal, then rolled or drawn to a given thickness. In the jewelry industry, the quantity of gold must be at least 1/20th by weight of the total product. All the small gold-color balls in our designs are 14K gold-filled.
Charms
All of the charms used in our designs are .925 Sterling Silver unless otherwise noted.
Professional Beading Wire
Our beaded jewelry is made with a professional grade beading wire that has more flexibility than most other beading wires. It has a very soft drape, and a high resistance to kinking. The cord is a miniature cable made up of forty-nine strands of stainless steel wire coated with nylon for a smooth finish, making our jewelry durable and long lasting.
Repair, Resizing and RestringingWith
proper care, our jewelry is designed to last for years. The most common
way breakage can occur is getting the bracelet caught on something and
pulling it loose with force. Our beading cord is designed to give quite
a bit, but will snap if enough tension and force is applied.
Your jewelry is guaranteed for 30 days. Beyond 30 days, we will gladly resize, repair or restring your bracelet for a fee.
