Our Guarantee
Our #1 goal at Bangles of Hope is to
have happy customers who tell their friends about us. We pride
ourselves on prompt communication and strive to make every customer's
experience a pleasant one.
We
guarantee that all bracelet orders will be within 1/8 inch of your
ordered size. If your bracelet does not fit due to our error, we will
resize it for free. However, if you ordered the wrong size, there will
be a resizing fee, plus shipping charges. Please be sure to follow our
sizing guidelines on the product pages to ensure accurate measurements.
We
guarantee all of our jewelry for 30 days. We guarantee that you will be
completely delighted with your jewelry or you may receive a full refund
(less shipping). Simply contact us to request a return.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on all merchandise within 30 days. Please contact us to request an RMA number for your return, or login to your account to open an RMA for return. An RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges. We process all exchanges as returns. If you need to exchange an item for another size or for a different item, you must return the initial item first, then place a new order for the correct size or other item.
Terms:
Any merchandise showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise.
Some of our merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned, and we will notify you if this is the case.
During shipping, if the packaging of the item is damaged, you must keep the original package the item was shipped in for claim purposes. Contact us immediately to report any damages. Failure to report damages will cause your claim to be denied.
Please note we are not responsible for lost merchandise, so when mailing your return, please use a padded shipping envelope or box to ensure its safe arrival. Single-ply paper envelopes containing jewelry will likely be torn open by post office machinery and the jewelry lost, and are thus not acceptable for mailing returns. We require a trackable, insured shipping method such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS for all returns.
Any merchandise that arrives damaged will no longer qualify for a return, exchange or store credit. The outside of your package must be clearly labeled with your RMA number. Any merchandise sent back without an RMA number will be refused.
Returns are processed promptly, in the order in which they are received.
